    Dr. Elsawy,

All great success in your CEO position with Reliant. You are joining a great organization filled with tremendously dedicated and caring people. Now you can also migrate from the Browns to the Patriots and from the Indians to the Red Sox.

    Just do great….

    very respectfully submitted

Dear Dr. Elsawy,When we heard the news you are leaving the Cleveland Clinic Steve and i were vary sad and unhappy because you took care of us for 20 years. It started with my mother Catherine LoPorto when you took care of her in the emergency room at Marymount Hospital in 1995 and 4 more members of our family followed and we are al still patients.
We wish you the best in your new venture and know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.
Merry Christmas and many blessings to you and your family.

Dr. Elsawy–Steve and I received your letter in the mail yesterday announcing the closing of your Cleveland Clinic chapter and the start of an exciting new chapter with Reliant Medical Group. This is a huge loss for us–for all of your patients, as you have been by far the most intelligent, caring physician I have ever known in my six decades! If our roots didn’t run so deep in Cleveland, we would follow you to Boston! Wishing you and your family a smooth transition and a bright future in this next chapter. Reliant will benefit greatly with you at the helm!

Congratulations Tarek on your new challenge. Reliant Medical Group has no idea how good a person you are… in addition to being a great and caring doctor. You have steered my medical care for many years through all of my medical situations. Thanks for a job well done. Good luck to you and your family.

Dr. Elsawy, I just received your letter in the mail telling me of your decision to leave Cleveland Clinic and join Reliant Medical Group. It is a sad day for me, but I want to wish you and your family the very best in your new location. You have given me the best care here in Cleveland and I can see why someone would want to steal you away from us. Your work ethic is beyond reproach. Good luck and best wishes. Sincerely, Nancy Brown (Neil’s mom)

Your move from the Cleveland Clinic to Reliant is Cleveland Clinic’s loss and Reliant’s assurance of
a bright future centered on actual patient care- which should be what Reliant is all about. Perhaps your biggest challenge will be to maintain your direct patient contact without being overwhelmed
by administrative duties- which as CEO is always enough busy work to keep 3 CEO’s occupied full time. Hopefully the Reliant board will be bright enough to be aware of that fact and thereby protect you from drowning in “busy detail work” rather than growing the business based on exceptional customer care by ALL Reliant employees.
    Congratulations and “Full speed ahead”.
