A graduate of MCPHS University in Boston, Amanda enjoys working in Reliant’s Department of Internal Medicine and using her love for learning and the sciences to help others. She believes getting to know her patients and establishing close relationships with them is an important part of providing good care. “I enjoy meeting new people and listening to their stories, thoughts and concerns. I believe it is important to earn your patient’s trust and respect, which can only be done through having meaningful interactions with them,” she explains. Amanda likes to provide each patient with care that is uniquely tailored to their needs. “My philosophy of care is to not only provide the best medical care, but to offer care that is personalized to each patient. I believe it is imperative to know as a practitioner that each patient is unique while attending to their specific needs and concerns.” Amanda believes it’s truly a privilege to care for other human beings. “I understand the importance and responsibility of what it means to be a medical practitioner and this drives me to be the best physician assistant I can be.” In her free time Amanda enjoys hiking, reading, traveling, cooking and spending time with her family, friends and her dog.
