Dr. Amee Rathod enjoys working as an endocrinologist and helping people with a variety of issues including diabetes, osteoporosis, thyroid, pituitary, adrenal and parathyroid disease. She enjoys using the latest technological advances to assist her patients on the road to becoming a champion of their health and well-being. “Diabetes care has advanced greatly in the last decade with the technological advancement in insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors to help ease the burden for diabetes,” she explains.
Dr. Rathod enjoys working closely with her patients to help them understand their problems and enjoy better health. “The best part of my job is to see my patients improve with an individualized treatment plan we come up with together as a team – whether it be for management of blood sugars or management of osteoporosis,” she explains. In her spare time Dr. Rathod enjoys movies, traveling and trying new restaurants and cuisines.
