A graduate of Regis College in Weston, Danielle worked as a nurse before studying to become an advanced practitioner. Danielle decided to become a nurse practitioner because she wanted to have a larger role in treating patients, and make a positive difference in their lives. Danielle enjoys establishing close relationships with her patients. “I want my patients to view me as their partner in health,” she explains. As a family nurse practitioner, Danielle focuses on helping patients of all ages deal with their health care issues. “Health promotion and patient education are central to my practice, and issues of preventative care, chronic disease management, and women’s health are an important focus of mine.” When she is not busy with patients, Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband, friends and family, and her dog, Lacey. She also enjoys outdoor pursuits such as hiking and traveling when she has the time.
