A graduate of Assumption College and the UMass Graduate School of Nursing, Diane St. Onge has been helping patients for over 35 years. Diane decided to become a Nurse Practitioner because she felt there was a need for advanced practitioners like her to provide personal, individualized care. Diane completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in 2014. She is also a certified wound and ostomy nurse (CWON) and enjoys the challenege of caring for patients with wound or ostomy problems. Diane believes in treating patients as if they were a member of her own family. “Every patient is an individual with unique needs and they have my undivided attention while I am with them,” she explains. “I feel it is a privilege to be involved in their care and their lives.” In her spare time Diane enjoys reading, walking and bicycling, as well as traveling to favorite places like Maine.
