A graduate of Monmouth University and New York Medical College, Kendra holds a doctorate in Physical Therapy. An athlete her entire life, Kendra knows injuries are inevitable. “I spent a lot of time in physical therapy programs when I was in high school and college to rehab sports injuries,” she explains. “I always knew I wanted to be involved in healthcare and help other people and thus, physical therapy felt like the best fit for me.”
Kendra believes in taking a holistic approach to treating patients. “Rather than just treating the problem area, I like to look at the whole person and help determine what other biological, psychological, and social factors may be aggravating the injury,” she explains. Kendra has extensive experience in pediatrics, and also has an interest in helping neurology patients and wound care. In her spare time she enjoys endurance running, cooking and baking, as well as brain games and traveling.
