A graduate of Worcester State University and the UMass Graduate School of Nursing in Worcester, Margaret became an advanced practitioner because she wanted to make a positive difference in people’s lives. “Health is our most valuable asset, and managing health can be difficult for most people,” she explains. “I decided the best way I could contribute is by becoming a nurse practitioner and helping patients manage their health.” Margaret enjoys the variety of working in a primary care practice and seeing patients of all different ages. She believes that the key to successful health management is teamwork. “I believe it is most important to work closely with patients on their priority health concerns in order to help them reach their goals.” Margaret loves the fact that in her profession she can learn something new every day. “The interactions with people are so rewarding. I find it a privilege to care for people of all walks of life at different points in their lives.” In her spare time Margaret enjoys cooking and baking and learning about other cultures through traveling and trying new foods. She also likes to stay physically active by going to the gym and exploring outdoors.

Margaret is so professional and kind. She made me feel comfortable, especially since I was nervous about one of the procedures. I also felt that she truly cared about answering my questions and the appointment didn't feel rushed at all.

Top-notch treatment from both the nurse who checked me in and Margaret. Margaret is the perfect example of how a medical professional should behave. In my whole life, I've never had as professional and effective and caring of a doctor as Margaret. She deals with sensitive topics with care, covers all angles to explore, and always makes me feel like I'm well taken care of. I was actually looking for a way to give her a positive review, so I'm glad to see this come up in my email today. If there was a way to recommend her for a raise or promotion or award, I would do that. She's really taken care of me thoroughly and professionally, always without judgment. I don't get that treatment elsewhere. Endlessly impressed by her.
