I am they take their time and list. to me. I like that.
the wait for the Doctor in the exam room after the nurse leaves can be lengthy...

this was a follow up from 8 months ago. I had to remind her this wasn't a new injury. had to reexpkain myself.
My favorite doctor by far.
Provider was warm and friendly while maintaining a professional demeanor.
I was referred to *Dr. Angelini by my son. Which I am grateful. Not only was she very pleasant. She made sure I understood what I have. And helped me calm down when I was having anxiety. Awesome dr. and her nurse as well.
I had a recurring ganglionic cyst that had been treated by a different podiatrist outside the Southboro Medical Group Family 7 months before. I explained to Dr. Angelini that the other doctor had done a needle aspiration of the joint fluid and said there was a 50% chance the cyst would return. I was insistent that I wanted to move forward with a surgical removal of the cyst because the cyst had return in full within a month of the prior procedure. Dr. Angelini said that while she was certainly skilled and could perform the surgery to remove the cyst, she wanted me to understand the risks of surgery and explained in detail that I could risk permanent numbness on the top of my foot as well as a chance that the cyst could return, even bigger than before. she proposed we give the more conservative approach a try and always leave surgery as an option should the procedure not work. Dr. Angelini asked her nurse Camilla (INCREDIBLE NURSE who is warm and caring) to prepare materials she'd need for procedure. Dr. Angelini gave the area a quick spray of Derma Freeze then a quick prick with a thicker tipped needle then instead of using a needle for aspiration like the other doctor had used, she squared the fluid out by hand which was easier and extracted more fluid and then, she did what the other doctor didn't .... she injected an anti-inflammatory medication into the cyst pocket and let me know this will help keep the cyst from coming back. She explained she had an 80% success rate with this procedure. I was VERY HOPEFUL she would be right.I was in the appointment for all of 15 minutes and Dr. Angelini gave me a hug before leaving with a big smile! I had asked Nurse Camilla at the beginning of my appointment if it was Dr. Angelini who had given me a cortisone shot for plantar fasciitis I had I my heel some 4 years ago because whoever gave me the shot was a MIRACLE WORKER!! Camilla confirmed it was, in fact, Dr. Angelini .... hence the warm hug at the end of our appointment. It's been over a week and no sign of fluid build up. I remain hopeful and feel confident that Dr. Angelini's recommended approach was the right decision. THANK YOU DR. ANGELINI AND NURSE CAMILLA!!! You're an AMAZING TEAM!!!
couldn't ask for better doctor
Dr AngelinI has a very warm kind natural God Given Gift.I'm looking forward to recomending Dr Angelini to my Entire Family and Friends Circle.
She was great. When I wasn't sure I understood something she very patiently explained in a different way. I was a little confused about the progression of follow up but cleaned it up right away when I called to schedule.
I follow up every 4 weeks with Dr. Angelini and look forward to my next visit
