A graduate of UMass-Amherst and Regis College, Rebecca enjoys working in the Department of Pediatrics at Reliant. Rebecca says that she became interested in becoming a caregiver while working in a group home after college. “I found myself driven to provide care to more complex individuals and their problems,” she explains. “So after working there for five years, I decided to go back to school to pursue my nursing degree and become an advanced practitioner.” As a caregiver, Rebecca chose to specialize in pediatrics. “I love seeing and working with children and families every day,” she explains. “It’s always been an interest of mine. When we can develop a care plan together, it is amazing to see the outcomes.” In her spare time Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and family dog and says she loves being outside.
