A graduate of Cambridge College, Shannon has a Master’s degree in mental health counseling with a special interest in trauma and addictions.
Shannon said she choose her career to support individuals and give them hope. “I’m a life-long advocate for releasing the stigma surrounding all individuals and families living with mental health challenges,” she explains. “That’s why I like to take a compassionate, non-judgmental, empathetic approach to care that supports patients and families. Most importantly, I want to give patients hope that they can overcome their problems.”
In her spare time Shannon enjoys being with family and friends. She also enjoys running to stay in shape and trying new foods from around the world.
