A graduate of Thomas Jefferson University, Tammy became a physical therapist because she wanted to help others become as independent and as mobile as possible.
Tammy says that she really enjoys working closely with patients to help them achieve their goals, function at an optimal level, and improve their quality of life. “I like to treat the whole person and not only look for ways to treat their current problem, but also the underlying causes that may lead to prevention of additional injuries,” she explains. Tammy has extensive experience assisting patients with neurologic, orthopedic, and medical diagnoses. She also enjoys working with the geriatric population.
In her work at Reliant Tammy enjoys treating a variety of different patients and age groups. “I love learning new things and there is always something new to learn in the field of physical therapy. I also really enjoy meeting new people and helping to improve their quality of life.”
In her spare time Tammy enjoys reading, being outdoors, and also loves to spend time with her husband, three children and extended family.
