Please join us at one of our senior fall health fairs where you can speak to some of Reliant’s healthcare professionals and pick up some healthy tips!

• Blood pressure screenings
• Interactive fitness demonstrations
• Health education representatives
• Reliant’s Medicare Education Specialist

Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA, Fallon Health, United Healthcare, and Tufts Medicare Preferred insurance representatives and licensed agents will be available to discuss their Medicare plan offerings.

• Alzheimer’s Association (Leominster and Worcester health fairs)
• Salmon Health and Retirement
• VNA Care

Light refreshments will be served.

All health fairs will be held at Reliant sites on the dates below from 4:30 – 6:30pm.
