All moms deserve a moment of Zen from time to time and we want to give one to you! Share a picture to our Facebook page using the #ReliantMOMentofZen hashtag showing us why you deserve a rest, and we’ll enter you in a drawing to win a 60 minute massage by one of our massage therapists!

The steps are simple:

• Like the Reliant Medical Group Facebook page.
• Post your picture in the comments or on our timeline using the hashtag #ReliantMOMentofZen.
• At the end of the 2 week period, all Facebook users that have submitted an entry will have their names gathered and a winner selected at random.

Terms and Eligibility

WINNER SELECTION
All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will be gathered into a database at the end of the Contest Period. A winner will be selected at random.

Announcement that an entrant was selected will be announced on the photo the entrant posted to Reliant Medical Group’s Facebook page. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring their Facebook account for notifications related to this contest. For this current round, the deadline is Sunday, June 4th winners will be announced by Monday, June 5th on or about noon EST.

PRIZE

60 minute massage by one of Reliant’s licensed massage therapists.

Winner will receive the allotted prize within 5 days of notification. An announcement that an entrant will be receiving a prize will be sent via a Facebook comment to the prize winner’s photo post on Reliant Medical Group’s Facebook timeline. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his or her Facebook account for notifications related to this contest. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Reliant Medical Group within fifteen (15) days using the Facebook post at the time of entry, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize.

REMINDER

-The Reliant Medical Facebook page is public and posts can be viewed by anyone who visits it.

-Your pictures will only be used for the purpose of this contest and will not be used for any Reliant Medical Group marketing materials.
