The Gold Star Boulevard Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine location includes a large, modern treatment space, new exercise equipment, enhanced therapeutic procedures and more.

This facility provides our patients with access to a large number of services all under one roof including physical, speech and occupational therapy for adults and children; fall prevention programs; return-to-work services; women’s health and so much more. The new space houses 23 private treatment rooms, a pediatric rock climbing wall, new exercise equipment, and neurology and orthopedic gyms. Our pediatric patients benefit from fine motor, sensory, and gross motor gyms as well.
