Adult Medicine (Internal Medicine)

Our board-certified internists are the starting point for a comprehensive range of medical care for patients 18 and over. Whether you require a yearly wellness visit or come to the office when you are sick, your Reliant Medical Group primary care physician can provide you with the care you need.

Advanced Practice Clinician Collaborative (APCC)

The Advanced Practice Clinician Collaborative (APCC) is an innovative program whereby a group of fully licensed Advanced Practitioners (AP) work closely with very experienced physicians and APs to care for patients and further develop their clinical skills. The APCC is located at Reliant’s medical office at 5 Neponset Street in Worcester.

Family Practice

Family practice physicians are dedicated to care for your entire family – from birth, to adolescence, to adult, and into old age.

Pediatrics

Our pediatrics department provides a team of dedicated physicians and other health care professionals who are dedicated to caring for children, by helping with all the medical, developmental, behavioral, and social issues affecting their patients.

Geriatrics

In our geriatrics department, our internists and family practitioners care for patients who are 65 and older at many of our medical center locations. Our geriatricians work inside nursing homes (also known as skilled nursing facilities) helping to provide care for our older patients.

Behavioral Health

At Reliant we have carefully integrated our Behavioral Health providers into our primary care offices. This team-based approach allows us to provide care that’s highly focused and responsive to your needs. Our Behavioral Health department can help with a number of problems including stress and anxiety, depression, insomnia, phobias, chronic pain and more.

Walk-In Care

Our ReadyMED^SM clinics provide convenient, walk-in health care to both adults and children. Walk-in care is available for a wide range of non-emergency medical issues.

OB/Gyn

Our Obstetrics and Gynecology department is a team of knowledgeable doctors, nurses, and certified nurse midwives prepared to care for all of your long term and short term women’s health needs.

Hospital Medicine

Our hospitalists are a team of acute-care physicians who work exclusively within hospitals to streamline the delivery of your care – from admission to discharge, so that you can feel comfortable knowing that a Reliant clinician is there with you every step of the way.
