Anders chose to become a physical therapist because it allowed her to combine her passion for helping others with her creativity in the application of science.
In her work at Reliant Anders focuses on meeting the patient’s goals and helping them achieve what is most important to them. “I prioritize a whole body, holistic approach to care and take into consideration all aspects of a patient’s life in order for them to be as successful as possible,” she explains.
Anders has specific experience treating athletes, pediatric patients and individuals with complex neurological diagnoses. She truly enjoys working with patients each day and making a positive difference in their health. “What I love the most about physical therapy is being able to get creative with treatment and challenge myself to think outside of the box,” she explains. “I enjoy seeing patients achieve their full potential and celebrating their successes with them.”
In her spare time Anders enjoys hiking, working out and doing yoga. She also enjoys going to the beach and baking.
