Reliant is now inviting adult patients (age 18+) and parents of pediatric patients to apply for membership in our Patient Advisory Council (PAC). The PAC is an important resource that helps us improve the overall patient experience at Reliant. Insight from PAC members helps in the creation of new programs, processes, and practices that impact the quality of care and services at Reliant Medical Group.
It’s our goal to have our PAC membership represent the diverse community we serve, including patients from varying races, ethnicities, ages, genders, sexual orientations, socioeconomic backgrounds, disabilities, and military status. Becoming a PAC member is a great way to help us make continuous improvements in our healthcare system.
We invite you to apply if you are interested but please keep in mind we have a limited number of openings at this time. All applications will be reviewed on a first come, first serve basis. You will hear from us if your application is being reviewed; if we do not review your application this time around, you won’t hear from us, but we will keep on file for future member recruitment efforts.
