This is the new location for Reliant’s Congestive Heart Failure Program and Endocrinology department, located on the third floor.

🠞 Enter the garage at the One Eaton Place entrance (shown in the photo), and park as close to the building as possible.

🠞 There is no valet service available, but patients can be dropped off at the main entrance in front (Blue Level 1).
