The Center for Clinician Well-Being
At Reliant Medical Group, the Center for Clinician Well-being supports our clinicians by offering programs that create a more supportive and engaging practice environment and culture. This includes opportunities to develop leadership skills, connect with other clinicians, and recognize the contributions of our clinicians to the community and our practice.
The Center for Clinician Well-Being grounds its programming in the Stanford Model of Occupational Well-Being, which supports programs in increasing efficiency of practice, stewarding a culture of wellness, and promoting personal resilience to reduce the incidence of clinician burnout across the practice. The goals of the Center for Clinician Well-Being include:
- Support and deploy efforts to train and mentor clinical leaders in the characteristics and skills associated with the promotion of well-being and professional fulfillment.
- Deploy programs addressing workplace systems, processes, and practices at the local practice level and organization-wide with the goal of improving the efficiency of clinicians’ practices.
- Provide the space and opportunities for clinicians to connect, creating a deeper sense of community through building a culture of appreciation, support, and compassion.
Support the well-being of clinicians through programming to support individual skills, behaviors, and attitudes that contribute to personal, physical, emotional, and social well-being.
