Congratulations to Reliant’s Pediatrics team in Shrewsbury for being recognized by Massachusetts Health Quality Partners (MHQP) as one of the top practices in Massachusetts for patient experience in primary care!

The “MHQP Patient Experience Awards” is an annual awards program introduced in 2018 by MHQP, a non-profit measurement and reporting organization that works to improve the quality of patient care experiences in Massachusetts. MHQP conducts the only statewide survey of patient experience in primary care in Massachusetts.

Results of the survey are used to identify the top-ranking adult and pediatric primary care practices in nine key performance categories. The MHQP Awards are unique, as it’s the patients themselves who determine the winners by their responses to the survey.

Shrewsbury Pediatrics has been recognized as being among the top practices in the state for delivering best-in-class patient experience in two categories: Patient-Provider Communications and Office Staff Professional Excellence.
