Reliant Medical Group provides interpreter services upon request through our VRI (Video Remote Interpreter) and OPI (Over the Phone) technology. Limited in-person interpretation services are available in select clinical offices. We also provide interpreter services in face-to-face settings for ASL.
When booking your medical appointment, make sure to indicate that you would like interpreter services for your visit.
If you need to reach an interpreter by phone during normal business hours, please contact your primary care provider’s office and they will assist in obtaining an interpreter.
