Reliant Medical Group Welcomes Dr. Bradley Switzer to Its Department of Hematology/Oncology

April 10, 2018- Reliant Medical Group, the locally based multi-specialty medical group, is pleased to announce that Bradley Switzer, MD has joined the organization’s Department of Hematology/Oncology.

Dr. Switzer received his medical degree from St. George’s University in Grenada. He completed his internship, residency, and fellowship at UMASS Medical School in Worcester.  Prior to coming to Reliant, Dr. Switzer worked for 13 years at UMass Medical Center where he was Medical Director of the Multidisciplinary Hepatocellular cancer program and Associate Director of the Hematology and Oncology fellowship program.

He has been nationally recognized for his clinical trial of intraperitoneal chemotherapy for peritoneal malignancies and regionally recognized for developing a multidisciplinary Liver cancer program at UMASS.  He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in both Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology.  Dr. Switzer is known for his compassionate care of his patients and has also been given several awards for education.
