Anna has practiced in healthcare for over twenty years, working in nursing, pharmacy, case management and home care.

Wherever Anna has worked, she has always made a strong connection with her patients. As a member of the Department of Population Health, she enjoys educating people on how to perform self-care and be more satisfied with their health and well-being. “I have found myself working with adults and seniors since I started as a nursing intern,” she explains. “Adult medicine and community/public health is my major area of interest. Since our older population in this country is growing, I wanted to contribute my skills to improve their health, safety and comfort.”

In her role at Reliant Anna enjoys emphasizing patient-centered care. “I approach my services as a partnership between a provider and a patient,” she explains. “My role as an advanced practitioner is to help patients achieve their goals – based on their needs, abilities and resources. I strongly believe in practicing preventative care and finding the best solutions for a patient’s health, balance, and well-being. I enjoy providing a collaborative and interdisciplinary approach to care.”

In her spare time Anna enjoys theater, classic cinema, jazz music, and gastronomy. She also enjoys taking long walks along the ocean with her family.
