A graduate of MCPHS University, Nicholas started his career in medicine by working in emergency medical services as an EMT. He later returned to school to become an advanced practitioner. “I wanted to have a larger role in diagnosing and treating patient illnesses, he explained. “Becoming an advanced practitioner allowed me to do that.”
When asked why he chose to work in Gastroenterology Nicholas remarked,” I found the GI cases that I worked on in the past very interesting. Plus, the entire GI system is very important and has a large effect on a person’s overall health.” Working in the Division of Gastroenterology at Reliant, Nicholas enjoys using his skills to help improve the health of patients along with a great team of doctors and other advanced practitioners. “We have a great group of caregivers here in Auburn and we are ready to help patients with any type of GI problem they might encounter.”
In his spare time Nicholas enjoys cooking as well as playing tennis and basketball.
