A provider may not have star ratings accompanying his/her website profile for one or more of the following reasons:
Insufficient number of surveys - The provider has not yet reached the required minimum number of returned patient satisfaction surveys. We require a minimum of 30 surveys on an individual provider before displaying scores to ensure we have an adequate and representative sampling of patient feedback.
Provider does not participate in the specific patient satisfaction survey that we translate into star ratings.
Provider does not yet participate in the star rating program.
A graduate of Becker College in 1997 with an Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy, Nadine has worked primarily in outpatient and has been with Reliant Medical Group since 2006. Nadine is also a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and a Massage Therapist here at Reliant. Nadine has always had the instinct to help others. When Nadine was in high school, a family member needed physical therapy and this is what sparked her interest in Physical Therapy as a career. Nadine feels it is important to educate her patients on preventing further injury by improving overall postural habits and body mechanics with every day activities. Nadine has advanced training in manual therapy and enjoys working on soft tissue injuries to reduce pain levels and improve function.
