Learn more about Behavioral Health at Reliant
A graduate of Clark University and Assumption College, Christina became interested in Behavioral Health because she wanted to help people manage their mental health issues and learn skills needed to deal with everyday stresses in life. “My philosophy is that all people are capable of change and improving their lives if they can be taught the right skills,” she explains. “I go into each session with a patient with the hope that they will truly benefit from what I can teach them.”
Christina is trained in Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy and enjoys helping patients who have undergone trauma in their lives. Throughout her career, she has enjoyed learning new ways to help others. When she is not busy with patients, Christina enjoys photography as well as writing and painting. She also likes to exercise and do yoga and meditation.
