Need care today for a non-emergency illness or injury? Reliant Medical Group offers several convenient care options, including ReadyMED walk-in care, Virtual ReadyMED video visits, your primary care office, and after-hours nurse triage.

If you are experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, symptoms of stroke, severe bleeding, or a serious injury, call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.

ReadyMED Walk-In Care

Non-emergency illnesses and injuries that need same-day, in-person care. Walk in at Auburn, Hudson, Leominster, Natick, or Worcester.

Virtual ReadyMED

Non-emergency concerns that can be treated by video from home for patients age 4+. Schedule a video visit through MyChart, 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m., 7 days a week.

Your Primary Care Office

Schedule a same or next-day sick visit in MyChart or call your doctor’s office to get started.

After-hours Nurse Triage

Get help when you are not sure where to go for care in the evening or on the weekend.

Get Walk-In Care at ReadyMED

ReadyMED offers walk-in care for adults and children with non-emergency medical issues. Clinics are open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., including evenings, weekends and holidays. You do not need an appointment, and ReadyMED is open to anyone, even if your primary care doctor is not with Reliant Medical Group.

ReadyMED also offers on-site radiology and laboratory services. Depending on your medical need, care teams may be able to perform rapid strep tests, blood work, X-rays, and prescribe needed medications. ReadyMED Plus in Worcester offers additional capabilities, including IV fluid treatment and CT scanning.

Get Video Care from Home with Virtual ReadyMED

Virtual ReadyMED gives patients age 4+ another way to get care for non-emergency concerns when it is hard to get to a doctor’s office. Video appointments are available through MyChart from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., 7 days a week.

Not Sure Where to Go? Call a Triage Nurse

Evenings and weekends, call your doctor’s office and ask to speak with a triage nurse. A nurse can help you decide whether to use home care, schedule a next-day primary care appointment, visit ReadyMED, or go to a hospital. If you do not know your doctor’s office phone number, call 1-800-283-2556.
