Overall Patient Rating
4.8 out of 5 stars - 160 total ratingsA graduate of Worcester State College and the UMass Graduate School of Nursing, Kerry-Ann Williams became a nurse practitioner because she wanted to deliver care as part of a team and work in the local community. Kerry-Ann enjoys forming close relationships with her patients and providing care that is individually tailored to each patient’s needs. “I think it’s important to treat the patient, not the disease,” she explains. “The disease process may be the same in many cases, but each person is unique. The care that we give has to be tailored to the individual.” When she is not busy with her patients, Kerry-Ann enjoys spending as much time as possible with family and friends.
Star ratings are based on patient responses to 5 questions about the care they have received from their provider. Responses are measured on a scale of 1-5 and the average score is displayed in an easy to view, 5-star format. Learn more about how we measure our patient experience.
