A graduate of MCPHS University, Kristi started her career as a veterinary technician and then became a phlebotomist. She later made the decision to further her education and become a physician assistant.
Kristi has always found working in dermatology fascinating. “Skin is the largest organ in the body, which is why it’s so important,” she explains. “Examining a person’s skin can help you better understand a person’s overall health. Skin problems can sometimes be a sign of other, more serious health issues.”
In her practice at Reliant, Kristi strives to help her patients understand their condition. “Working with my patients, I always discuss with them the options that are best for them in terms of their health,” she explains. “I think it’s important to take a person’s lifestyle into account when coming up with a treatment plan. If needed, I will collaborate with other providers on the treatment plan to make sure the patient receives the best care possible.”
In her spare time, Kristi enjoys hiking with her husband and daughter and their two dogs, spending time with family, and going to new places.
