- rash/eczema*
- seasonal allergies*

- urinary tract infections
Virtual ReadyMED can also address these medical concerns for patients age 18+:
- Diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, ADHD, contraception, arthritis, insomnia, eczema, kidney stones, irritable bowel syndrome, anxiety, depression, and stress management
- Review of abnormal blood work results
- Discussion of screening tests (ex: mammogram, colonoscopy, lung cancer screening) for those at increased risk for cancer or with a history of an abnormal screening test
- Assistance with quitting smoking
- Obesity/weight loss treatment
Clinical Exclusions
Virtual ReadyMED does not treat the following conditions:
- Chest pain/palpitations
- Shortness of breath
- Active bleeding (ex: wound, nose, stool, vomiting)
- New, severe headache or concussion evaluation
- Genital symptoms (ex: genital rash, testicular pain, vaginal discharge)
- Breast complaints
- Pregnancy-related complaints
- Severe burns
- Allergic reaction (difficulty breathing, swelling of the mouth/lips/tongue); note: rashes are OK
- Chemical/poison ingestion
- Sudden change/loss of vision
- Facial drooping, slurred speech, balance problems, or confusion
- Injury sustained in a motor vehicle accident
- Injury or condition sustained at work
