Alexandra decided to become a physical therapist because she wanted a profession that would allow her to create a lasting impact on others and give back to the community.

When helping her patients at Reliant, Alexandra strives to give them the tools and information as well as the confidence they need to be successful. “I want them to not only reach their rehabilitation goals but also be able to maintain them into the future.”

Alexandra has a special interest in helping patients with orthopedic, vestibular, and neurological pathologies. She is always striving to learn more about the conditions she treats. “The great part about physical therapy is that the field is always evolving,” she explains. “There are always research studies being conducted on innovative technology, techniques, and new modalities to help treat our patients. That’s why I always stay up-to-date with the most recent evidence-based care protocols.”

One of the things that Alexandra loves the most about her job is helping her patients focus on their health goals. “I love educating patients and teaching them how to manage whatever they are dealing with. Whether it be through exercise or modifications that make their daily life a little easier.”

In her spare time Alexandra likes to travel, go hiking, and watch her favorite Boston sports teams.
