A graduate of Springfield College, Bailey first developed an interest in physical therapy after being treated for an elbow injury when she was young. “While in physical therapy, I really enjoyed the atmosphere, and thought this was something that I could see myself doing,” she explains.

Bailey’s treatment approach includes fostering independence and confidence in her patients and their abilities. “I feel this is the best way to make progress with my patients and help them regain their abilities.” In her work at Reliant Bailey has a special interest in neurorehabilitation, which helps patients improve function and reduce symptoms of disorders that affect the nervous system. She enjoys getting to know her patients while treating them. “I enjoy having the opportunity to meet new people and hear their stories, all while helping them reach their goals.”

When she is not busy treating patients Bailey enjoys playing with her cat Beans. She is also a power lifter and enjoys strength training. However, she is happiest in the outdoors and especially loves being near the water. Her favorite place to visit is Maine.
