Belinda Bulas is a clinical social worker with many years of experience helping people improve their mental health and well-being. She earned a BA in psychology from Boston University and her Master of Social Work from Arizona State University. Belinda is a certified case manager and is licensed to practice in both Massachusetts and California.

Belinda works closely with patients to identify meaningful goals and create practical steps toward lasting progress. Her areas of experience include mindfulness, meditation, grief, mindful eating and nutrition, and recovery from narcissistic abuse. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, surfing, cooking, reading, and thrift shopping.
