Leah is caring and a great listener. She understands my concerns and is attentive to them. She is aware that I prefer to take as little medication as possible and tries to address that concern. I am also reluctant to take meds that compromise memory and she finds medications for me that do not have that side effect. She is very pleasant to work with and I feel that she really cares about me.

Dr Barker is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She is very attentive, great listener, caring, she takes in consideration everything patient says, all test results, previous history. It makes her diagnostic extremely accurate. She helped me like no other doctor in the last fourth years. I don’t have enough words to say how grateful I am for her.

This was the first appointment I had with Leah Barker, NP and I was so impressed with her. We first spoke about my health how I was feeling, then asked if I would like a chaperone, I said, no thank you. Leah respected my modesty, she was very gentle during the exam and told me everything what she was doing. Afterwards, we spoke and Leah discussed everything and made sure that I understood and why she prescribed the medication. I would highly recommend her. She actually asked me if I would like to see a "partner" at WMC" closer to where I leave, but I wanted to follow up with her. She's very thorough in her exam and very caring!!!!
