A graduate of the University of Massachusetts and MCPHS University, Mary worked as a registered nurse before becoming an advanced practitioner. “I decided that I wanted to have a larger role in treating my patients,” she explains. “Now I have the tools I need to explore evidence-based research and discover the best approaches and solutions to provide exceptional holistic care.” Mary chose to work in primary care because she is a big believer in preventative medicine and its role in maintaining good health. She believes that the care of each patient is a partnership between the patient and the provider. “Working in Internal Medicine allows me great opportunities to educate my patients and promote wellness at every visit. I find great joy in knowing that I have made a positive difference in someone’s health”. In her spare time Mary enjoys running, traveling, sports, and spending time with her husband, family, friends and her pet goldendoodle.
