Dr. Monika Kolodziej earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from Syracuse University and completed advanced training in the Boston area. A licensed psychologist since 2000, she has worked in medical and mental health settings, helping people build resilience, overcome challenges, and reach meaningful personal goals.

Dr. Kolodziej works with patients to support healthy lifestyle changes while addressing both mental and physical health needs. She believes in listening carefully and partnering with patients to help them succeed. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, hiking, reading, and relaxing with her two cats.
