A graduate of Smith College and the UMass Worcester Graduate School of Nursing, Morgan grew up in a medical family. After college, she took a job in Alzheimer’s research and worked as an RN before becoming an advanced practitioner. Morgan enjoys getting to know her patients and becoming an integral part in their health. “I was influenced to get into medicine by my mother, an internist, who had very strong relationships with her patients,” she explains. “I wanted to build those relationships too.” Morgan believes in a patient-centered approach to care that focuses on the whole patient. She especially enjoys having a positive impact on people’s lives and caring for them throughout their lifespan. In her spare time, Morgan enjoys running, relaxing at the beach, cooking (especially baking), spending time with family and friends, and just being outdoors.
