Stephanie Richardson, NP - Family Practice

Overall Patient Rating

4.8 out of 5 stars - 138 total ratings

Stephanie’s career in nursing was inspired at a young age when she started taking care of her grandfather when he was ill. “Being able to help him was very gratifying, and showed me that caring for others was what I wanted to do in life,” she explains. Stephanie would go on to become a nurse and then a nurse practitioner after graduating from Regis College.

One reason Stephanie enjoys being a Family Medicine practitioner is that it gives her the opportunity to care for entire families and care for multiple different age groups. “I enjoy treating people of all ages, from infants to the elderly,” she explains. “One benefit of Family Practice medicine is that you get to know entire families and you have the chance to get to know your patients very well over time. I think this adds to the quality of care patients receive.”

In her practice at Reliant Stephanie likes to treat each patient she sees as if they were a member of her own family. She truly loves being a family nurse practitioner. “Every day is different and I really enjoy seeing patients all across the lifespan.”

In her spare time Stephanie enjoys being with her two children as well as her nephew and her niece. They enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking and swimming. She is also a big sports fan and loves to watch the New England Patriots play.
