Effective October 12th, 2026, the Reliant Congestive Heart Failure Program will move to our new Cardiology office at the Worcester Medical Center, 123 Summer Street, Suite 590 North.

🠞 Enter the garage at the One Eaton Place entrance (shown in the photo), and park as close to the building as possible.

🠞 There is no valet service available, but patients can be dropped off at the main entrance in front (Blue Level 1).
