The Office of Education at Reliant Medical Group accepts students in all stages of their medical careers, including: medical students from all four years, interns, residents, and fellows; as well as physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and nursing students. Currently, there are over 120 experienced providers who participate in precepting students, residents, and fellows. We see a variety of patient populations including pediatrics to geriatrics, orthopedics and neurological conditions.

The Program

This is a voluntary program that allows providers with an interest in teaching to get involved with medical education. Teaching occurs in a variety of office settings and in many different medical and surgical specialties. Students gain invaluable experience from exposure to our state-of-the-art electronic medical record, Epic. We also have student programs for speech, occupational therapists, and occupational therapist assistant students.

Physical Therapy Program

We have clinical instructors (CIs) with specialties in woman’s health, lymphedema, and vestibular disorders. Many of our CIs have well over 10-15 years’ experience. We also have student programs for speech, occupational therapists, and occupational therapist assistant students.
