All Reliant Medical Group locations are closed on Monday, September 2nd in observance of Labor Day.
If you need care, Virtual ReadyMED is available via video for patients age 4+ from 7:00am-11:00pm, appointments are available through MyChart.
In addition, ReadyMED locations will be open normal business hours, 9:00am-8:00pm.
