Last week, we were thrilled to learn we were recognized by two distinguished publications for our dedication to maintaining a positive work environment!

Reliant Medical Group has once again been honored by the Boston Globe as one of the Top Places to Work in the state of Massachusetts.

This notable award is given to employers who strive to make a difference for their most valuable resources – their employees. This year, Reliant joined other distinguished companies in the Large Company category including Kronos Incorporated, Winchester Hospital, Athenahealth Inc. and Bose Corporation.

Rankings for the Top Places to Work award are based on confidential surveys filled out by employees, who rate their employers according to seven factors, including execution, management and employee engagement. Our high ranking shows that employees here are not just satisfied with their jobs but hold our entire company in high regard.

Reliant Medical Group has also been recognized as one of Worcester Business Journal’s 2014 Top Workplaces in Central Massachusetts in the category of Employee Rewards and Recognition!

This award recognizes organizations throughout Central Massachusetts that have implemented programs or initiatives that contribute to creating a positive internal culture. A few of the programs that helped us achieve this distinction include our Service Awards, Anniversary Breakfasts, and Employee of the Quarter program.
