Reliant Medical Group has been honored again by the Boston Globe as one of the Top Places to Work in the state of Massachusetts. This is the 4th year in a row that Reliant has received this prestigious award!
The Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work award recognizes the most admired workplaces in the state. Reliant received the award in the “largest” category, those with 1,000 or more employees. The surveys carefully measure opinions including the company’s direction, execution, management, work, pay, and benefits as well as employee engagement. Rankings for the award are based on confidential surveys filled out by employees. Reliant joins other notable Massachusetts’ companies in its category including Wayfair, Vertex Pharmaceuticals and Tufts Health Plan.
All the winners of the Top Places to Work award share a few key traits according to the Boston Globe, including offering progressive benefits, giving their employees a voice, and encouraging them to have fun on the job.
