Many insurances cover transportation to and from appointments. You might want to check into that.

I am not happy with these changes. I currently go to Reliant in Spencer, now patients are expected to go to your Holden Office or to the New location in Auburn. I have no clue where I will go? My question of major concern is regarding the Elderly and disabled population, for some of us we are able to drive to Spencer without a lot of difficulty, there are also those, like myself that rely on family members for which I am limited to only one person because others Have Jobs I am also disabled. I can use the elder bus service as long as my appointments are on the days they service my town, it can be extremely difficult to get an appointment on their schedule. So now the elderly and disabled will have to drive to the new office you assign use to, driving on streets that pose a major challenge for many of us. What about when we get sick and need a same day appointment? The difficulty that in itself is very concerning along with someone disabled like me, we are required to give Elder Bus services 72 hours in advance to be provided with transportation, I can’t think of one person who knows 72 hours in advance that knows they will be sick. What are we to do then? Go to one of your Medi clinics that are just as difficult to get there. Are you going to provide any transportation for your Elderly and disabled population so that we have access to medical care needed? If not then we will be denied access to be provided with medical care that we all have a right to. This issue is very serious and needs to addressed.

Hi Roxanne, sorry for the delay in responding.
We understand how unsettling the relocation of a trusted healthcare provider can be. Please be assured that this decision was not an easy one and that our search for an appropriate new Spencer location was exhaustive. I would like to note in particular that our current landlord did not provide us with the option of staying in the current location.
The move of our Adult services in Spencer is a far way off – not until May of 2019. Between now and then, we will try to conceive of ways in which we can assist our Spencer patients, either alone or in conjunction with existing public services. We will be sure to communicate with our patients as this process unfolds.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience this future move may cause you. We are grateful for the opportunity to care for you.

Changing from Southborough to Westborough will force us to travel via MA Route-9 (something we have successfully avoided for the last 25 + years). We are NOT HAPPY with this change, and will have to re-consider our long-term association with Southborough Medical Group as North Framingham residents – as RELIANT appears to be associated with Worcester-based medical care.

Hi, we apologize for any inconvenience. However, please know that our location in Southborough will NOT be moving and that our current Westborough location on 24 Lyman Street is only moving one mile down the road.
