The Reliant Medical Group team has been recognized for its commitment to providing high-quality care by being named to the Harvard Pilgrim Physician Group Honor Roll With Distinction for 2024.
The Honor Roll acknowledges physician groups in Harvard’s commercial provider network for achieving exceptional results in their approach to disease prevention and the treatment of acute and chronic illness for both adult and pediatric patients.
Selection to the Harvard Pilgrim Honor Roll is based on performance in 15 HEDIS (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set) quality measures in the domains of acute, chronic, and preventative care for adult and pediatric patients, as reported by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). In order to earn the prestigious “With Distinction” status, practices must exceed the NCQA’s national 90th percentile in all three domains of clinical care. This year, only 16 of the 58 practices on the Physician Group Honor Roll achieved the “With Distinction” status.
