It used to be that you needed to call your doctor’s office any time you had a medical need or question. Not so, anymore. With the MyChart patient portal, you can manage much of your healthcare with a few keystrokes.
MyChart is a powerful tool for patients. When you sign up to be a MyChart user, you’ll have 24-hour access to a number of features that put information about your healthcare at your fingertips. For example, MyChart lets you:
- View visit notes
- See test results as soon as they come in
- View immunization records
- See upcoming appointments
- Send non-urgent messages to your providers
(messages are monitored by clinical staff during normal business hours) - Request a prescription renewal
- View and print letters
- Fill out pre-visit questionnaires making your visit in the office more efficient
- Pay your bill
Recently, we’ve added more great features for patients who have a Reliant PCP, including:
- Having a video visit with our Virtual ReadyMED team, 7 days a week, 7 am- 11 pm
- Self-Scheduling specialty appointments after a referral from your Reliant primary care provider (PCP)
- Self-scheduling an annual physical for you or your child
- 24/7 online symptom checker to help you understand your symptoms and follow up care options
- Get a spot on a virtual waiting list, so you are notified if an earlier appointment opens up
