He listens. I have not seen him in about 13 years and he remembered me. He actually demonstrates compassion. He come across in a manner which engenders confidence in the care he is about to provide.

Dr Leahy seemed knowledgeable. His impact was limited due to the nature of my ailment; there is only so much medicine can do. He tried to explain the situation as good as possible and laid out the best way forward. It was what I expected and was prepared for
