Pride+ Patient Advisory Council (PAC)
As part of Reliant Medical Group’s new Pride+ Care Program, we are committed to delivering comprehensive, personalized, and high-quality care that recognizes and celebrates the unique identities of LGBTQIA+ patients.
To ensure that the voices of LGBTQIA+ patients help guide and shape this work, Reliant Medical Group has established the Pride+ Patient Advisory Council (PAC).
The Pride+ PAC provides a forum for LGBTQIA+ patients to share feedback, experiences, and perspectives that help inform the development of programs, services, and patient experiences related to Pride+ Care. Council members partner with Reliant leaders and care teams to identify opportunities for improvement and help ensure we are creating a welcoming, inclusive, and affirming healthcare environment.
Who should apply?
We are actively seeking Reliant Medical Group patients who:
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Identify as LGBTQIA+
- Have an interest in improving healthcare experiences for LGBTQIA+ patients
- Want to share ideas, experiences, and feedback that can help shape the future of Pride+ Care at Reliant Medical Group
Individuals from all backgrounds, identities, and experiences within the LGBTQIA+ community are encouraged to apply. Patients do not have be members of the Pride+ Care program to join the PAC.

As a member, you will help:
- Provide input on programs, services, and patient communications
- Share feedback about healthcare experiences and opportunities for improvement
- Help ensure LGBTQIA+ patients feel welcomed, respected, and supported throughout their care journey
- Partner with Reliant leaders to improve the quality and inclusiveness of care for our communities
Meeting Format
The Pride+ PAC will meet quarterly for one year, virtually over Zoom or Teams.
