We provide a full range of primary care and specialty services to help manage your health with more than 600 primary care providers, advanced practitioners, specialists, and other caregivers , all working to provide you with the highest quality of care possible.

At Reliant, we offer convenient care in and out of the office
As a Reliant Medical Group patient, you can enroll in MyChart, a free online connection to your doctor’s office. With MyChart you can schedule appointments, request prescription renewals, get test results, email your health care team, and more. All at any time of the day or night.
At Reliant, we also offer the convenience of seeing your provider online via video through MyChart. “Virtual Care” is when you can have a medical visit with a provider via video from a cell phone, computer or tablet.
Virtual ReadyMED is there to help at times when it’s tough to get to the doctors’ office. Patients age 4+ can have a video medical appointment from the comfort of home. Appointments are available 7:00am – 11:00pm, 7 days a week through MyChart.
Our ReadyMEDSM clinics offer walk-in health care for a range of non-emergency medical issues. ReadyMED’s doctors and advanced practitioners are available seven days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Adults and children can get the medical care they need right when they need it. We have locations in Auburn, Hudson, Leominster, Natick, and Worcester.
