- Call Patient Registration: Registration specialists are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Call 508-425-5857 to register with a primary care provider (PCP).

Reliant Medical Group offers several convenient care options for non-emergency needs, including in-person or video visits with your Reliant Medical Care team and walk-in care through ReadyMED.
Your Reliant Care Team
We’ve made it easier for Reliant primary care patients with MyChart accounts to get the care they need when they are sick or have a minor injury – both in-person and through a video visit. Log into your MyChart account, select Schedule an Appointment, and choose Sick Visit.

Virtual ReadyMED
Virtual ReadyMED offers appointment-based video visits for patients age 4 and older with a Reliant MyChart account. Appointments are available 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, seven days a week.
ReadyMED Walk-In Care
ReadyMED clinics provide walk-in care for non-emergency illnesses and injuries. ReadyMED is open daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and serves adults and children at locations in Auburn, Hudson, Leominster, Natick, and Worcester.
